Mandala

Mandala

Good Morning!
Mandala with a background of lemon yellow water colour. I've draw this Mandala for 'Ganesh Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chaturthi'. This is Hindu festival... Lord Vinayaka is the deity who removes all bad qualities, instills good qualities and offers peace on the devotee, who prays or meditate on him.
Hope you all like it!
Thank U!

Mandala

Mandala
In Sanskrit, 'Mandala' means Circle. Circle which represents 'Wholeness'. There are different types of mandalas such as:
Geometric Mandalas, Ceiling Mandalas, Simple Mandalas, Elements Mandalas, and many more...

I am sharing a very simple mandala, which has a center point, from which we continue to work or expand our creativity with curves, lines, flower or lotus motif.
I love lotus motif, whether it is a kolam, rangoli, zentangle and now mandala.
I am sharing pictures to draw mandala:

Zen Doodle

Zen Doodle
Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing a Zen Doodle, which is a combination of Zentangle and Doodle. Doodles are simple drawing or a pattern, without any design. You can start with simple lines, strokes, dots, curves as we do in our notebooks....in simple words 'Doodle' is called as 'Scribble'.

In my Zen Doodle, I have started from bottom of the page with Zentangle, with lines, strokes vertically and horizontally, and filled with rectangles, simple repetetive patterns.

Above that I continued with pencil shading and drawn curves to represent branches and leaves.
Hope you all like it!
